Greetings from Co Waterford, Ireland. I am also looking for info on a Cork branch of the Brennans. My great-grandmother Caroline Griffiths (nee White from Guildford, Surrey, UK) died in child-birth on St Valentine's Day (Feb 14th) 1880 at Winchester Army Barracks. The midwife, English born Ellen Brennan (nee???), who reared my grandfather Llewllyn (later known as Louis), was married to Michael Brennan, a tailor in the UK army, who originally came from Cork, Ireland. On the off-chance that you have come across this branch of the Brennan family, or where in Cork they originated,I would be exceedingly grateful. Regards from Noel Brennan. (whose name should really be Griffiths!)
