My great-great grandfather was James Brennan from Lemgare. I have a document that shows his occupation as being a miner. You mentioned that your father was buried in Annyalla. Do you know if St. Michael's has any records? Have you tried that route yet? The parish website if you're interested is www.parishofclontibret.com There is contact information in the website.
