His parents were John Brennan and Rosanna Gilmore both born in Ireland. He had a brother named John and a sister named Margaret. By 1870 they were in Summit, NJ. I do not know anything about John Brennan or Rosanna Gilmore. Possible but not likely that your Thomas Brennan could be a cousin to my Charles Brennan. Thank you for responding to my posting.
