My grandfather John Basil Murphy (1895-1966) had an older sister Ann who married James Brennan, and an older brother James who married Rose Russell. Ann and James Brennan had children James, Robert, William and Eugene (Skip), who lived in St. Sabina's Parish in Chicago near 79th and Racine.

From my grandfather's death notice, John and Ann had 3 other siblings (David, James, and Hazel). I've heard that all 5 of these
children were put in an orphanage, but am not certain and don't have any details.

I'd like to hear from anyone related to my grandfather or his siblings, and will hopefully sort out this family line some day soon.
