I wish I could help you but I can't. The
reason I am sending this is because my father's family came from Archbald and my
mothers family came from Carbondale. Never
thought I would see that combination come up
anywhere. Most people never even heard of
Archbald. It's only on the map because of the pothole. I have also been trying to trace my fathers family, that's how I ran across your message. I've heard it said that everyone in Archbald is related somehow. I don't know if that's bad or good! Good luck to you.
