I am searching for information re ELSPET (Elizabeth?) BREMNER, b. abt 1745/1750, who m. Donald Water, ch 18 Decembetr 1744 in Caithness, perhaps Wick. They had dau Margaret Water, ch. 21 December 1780 in Olrig. She, Margaret Water m. 9 January 1807, Thurso, James Macallan, b. 5 June 1783, Bower. My husband, Robert Macallan Kellogg, b. 7 June 1931 in Maine, USA is their descendant via John Macallan, ch 16 September 1812 (m. Charlotte Macgregor); Daniel Macallan, b. 1849/50, Wick, m. 7 October 1877, Emma Sophia Hodges. Their daughter Mabel Macallan, b. 1 April 1879, m. Walter Claypoole. Mabel is my husband's grandmother.
