Lecenda Bremner m Joseph Jolie Dec. 9, 1840 at Chatham Lower Canada, found in register of Presbyterian Church in Quebec National Archives. Witnesses were Christian McGregor and John Jopland.
Was Lecenda possibly a da of Joseph Bremner found in the 1851 census above Lachute, Argenteuil Co? Joseph was age 85, b Scotland, Presbyterian, married, pensioner. Wife Mary was age 45 (second marriage??) b Ireland, Presbyterian. Did they also have a son John b 1837 Quebec who married 1862 in Hull, Quebec to Christina Findlay from Manotick, Ontario?
