My Grandfather was Carl Henry Brehm, Son of John Conrad Brehm, and brother of Raymond and Adam Brehm. Mom says theere are several Conrad's and John's up this line. Grandmother Inez Belle Maxwell Brehm told me that Grandfather's ancestors were relocated to Catherine the Great's estate in one of the states north or Russia during the time of the last Czar, from her home in Germany. Members of both sides of the family, those who were relocated and those who stayed in Germany, lived in Lincoln, Nebraska at one point.
Grandfather Carl's Cemetary record falsely states that his father John was born in Russia.
