Covington Breeze b. abt 1810 IN? KY?

I am trying to tie Covington Breeze, who married Elizabeth Russell 22 may 1833 in Posey Co., Indiana, to my other Breezes. He was born about 1810 in Indiana or Kentucky.
I have another Covington Breeze who was born 1810, he married Loucinda Chamberlin about 1847. They may be the same guy, but I'm not sure.
