My James Breen was actually named John.He was born around 1867 to 1870. Looking for his parents. He had a relative named Fred Kossmiller anyone recognize these. James had a wife named Effie. I am assuming that was a nickname for her. James/John grew up and went to school in St. Paul Minnesota and Private catholic school in Chicago. He was also a brick mason. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
