Do you have any info on the siblings of John Nicholas Brechbiel? I have an ancestor, Regina BRECHBEAL born c1737, possibly in Lancaster Co., PA, who is said to be the daughter of Johannes BRECHBEAL and Anna EGG. Regina married an emigrant from Alsace/Bas-Rhin, France, Francois GRANDADAM in 1754 and they were living in Lancaster Co., PA in 1765, Frederick Co., MD by 1772. He died there in 1806, she in 1817, providing extensively for the Catholic Church there near Westminster (now Carroll Co., MD).

Any of this ring any bells? Any help greatly appreciated.
