Information that I have says that Woods fathered:

Betsy ca 1789 d? m Alfred Davis 1811
David ca 1791 d 1847 m Posey Matlock 1812
Kery ca 1795
Sally ca 1799 m Henry Newman 1822
Female ca 1800/1810
Jedediah 1810/1815 m Judia Ley 1831

in 1831, David Breazeale (his brother) went bond when a "Jedish" Breazeale secured a license to wed Judiah Lay. Children of Jedediah include:
Andrew Jackson Breazeale: born in GA in 1844
John Jefferson
William Henry
Mary Jane (m. Blankenship)
