My BRAZZELL/BRAZEL/BRASSIL,etc. also were in the NE. Johanna BRAZEL? came from Ireland & lived with a relative in NY. She ended in CT married to a William GILLIGAN & she may be related to Cox's Brazel's that came to the US & CT abt 1852. Supposedly she came from Limerick as a young girl. Let me know if you have any other info.
