Manuel Jorge Lydia, born abt 1900 in Rio or possibly Petropolis or Niteroi. He attended Naval Academy in Rio somewhere around 1915 and published a weekly maritime newspaper (Jornal Maritimo) in Rio, during 1960's & 70's and more than likely many years before. Manuel married Camilla Villa in late 1920 and they had 5 children. I know he resided in Niteroi, RJ in 1944. He died in Rio in late 1970's.
