Jablonski -- Gien and Jozef

My grandmother, Emily (Emilia) Jablonski (or y?) was born in 1884 or 1885 most likely in the area of Podvilk, Orava County, Slovakia. Her father's name was Joseph, and he was born in Spis. Emily came to the U.S. in 1913. She settled in Chicago and married Frank Smith (Smrz) in St. Michael's (Slovak) Catholic Church on south 48th St. in Chicago in 1917. Emily had four children and died in Chicago in March, 1926, at the age of 41. My grandmother had a sister, Gizela Moniak, who lived in Podvilk in the mid 1950's. Other siblings in Slovakia were named: Vendelin, Tivadar, Gien and Jozef. (Gien and Jozef moved to Brazil at some point.) Does any of this sound familiar to you? If so, please be in touch.
Thank you! Shirley Catterson
