There is no cohesion thruout the country so while practices are the same they are not tied into eachother and all of it is in Portuguese whichI can get deal with because I am fluent in Spanish and Italian. Geography has been elevated to Physics in deciphering who is where and what while why is lost in the jungle of states, different telephone companies, different port websites, different everything!!!!!!!!Petertimber
