Looking for info regarding SCHMITT ancestors who resided in Brazil (Rio) in the late 1800s to early 1900s. Edward and Charles Schmitt were brothers from the Alsace region of France and were well known to be fine hairstylists of the day. Charles died in Rio around 1918, and may be buried in Sao Joao Baptista Cemetery. Any leads would be appreciated. Thank you.
