UK emigrants to Brazil circa 1886-1890

Hello,

One of our ancestors emigrated to Brazil circa 1886 to 1890. Her name was Annie Neal (born 1864 in London) and she had a young son Herbert Thomas Neal (born 1885 in London). When he grew up Herbert had a son Silas who used to correspond with my mother in the 1930's and 1940's but then lost touch.

Can you help at all through your experience how I could access Passenger Lists from the UK and possibly civil reg records in Brazil? I understand they lived in Curitiba, Parana.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
