Dear Fellow Researchers,

I am new to the Brazilian Genealogy Forum and would appreciate any help in locating information about my
grandfather, Sebastiao dos Santos Verissimo. He emigrated from Moimenta da Beira, Portugal to Manaus in the early 1900's (my father was born in 1907 or 1909). My grandfather was married to Maria do Ceu Lemos. She returned to Portugal with my father and later remarried.

I am also interested in locating Barbosa, possibly Leite Barbosa, my great grandfather's family who emigrated from Lombinha da Maia, Sao Miguel, Azores.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
