Chris,

There are both Church Records and Civil Register for Rio.
Bad news is that they are litteraly hundreds of films. To refine your search you'll have to know the parish where they married. That could be done throught the address you have (and I hope it's name of the street and neighborhood).

Immigration records are also available. Hundreds. YOu have to know the year (month, better yet) of immigration.

Go to www.familysearch.org click on Library, then on Catalog.
In Place type Rio de Janeiro. Click on the first Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. A list of items will be displayed.
Choose Church Records or Immigration Records.
