I am looking for son of a Jewish man with the last name CHAPKOVSKY born in LOMZA, POLAND. His father arrived RIO DE JANEIRO before World War II and lived there after WW II. Father owned a small clothing store after the War in RIO.

Overseas family lived in Crimea and Kazakhstan after the war. He sent packages via International Red Cross circa 1947. Can anyone help me find this family?
