REIMERS mid 1800's GER to Brazil?

I am trying to locate information on my REIMERS relatives. I have told that a few of my early relatives may have gone to Brazil instead of America. And that someone had a coffee plantation.
I have a Gretchen Reimers born between 1841-1847 in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. Her parents were Heinrich and Wiebke Reimers. She had siblings...Ehler, Claus, and Anna, that I know of. They all immigrated to America and settled in Iowa, and later in South Dakota. I do not know if or who Gretchen married.
I am not sure how many relatives went over, and of all their names.
