Looking for information of the BRAZIER Family in Robertson Co. TN.. I have a Margaret BRAZIER who married William Willis HOPKINS, 29 Nov. 1827, Robertson Co. TN.
William W., b. 1811 TN.; Margaret b. abt. 1815, NC [or VA]
On the Robertson Co. TN. 1850 Census I found a Jacob BRAZIER. Also living next door to William W. HOPKINS, a Priscilla BRAZIER with her daughter Laura F. BRAZIER.
William & Margaret named their first son Jacob William Franklin HOPKINS, b. 1848 in TN.
Other children:
Andrew, b 1849; Imo,b 1851; James,b. 1852; Richard, b. 1854; & Henry, b. 1859-60.
William had three children by a previous marriage, Joseph N., born 1837; Mary F. (or Mary S.E.),b, 1839; Susan W., b. 1841.
From Robertson Co. TN., they go to Iron & Madison Co's. (1860 census, HOPKIN/HOPKINS). Believe they moved on to Howell Co. MO. where there were many HOPKINS.
Can anyone help me with this family?
