Hi Dennis,
you certainly didn't give us much to go on, like dates, places, names, etc. It's nearly impossible to decipher what you're asking.

I do have some data on an Elijah Brazier, of Jackson Co, AL, and Texas. Do you recognize any of the names? (the generations are labeled a, b, c, d, etc. individuals are numbered 1, 2, 3, x, etc, according to their rank among their siblings. x means unknown.)

cx. Elijah Brazier Sr, b. NC, c1776 (age 74 in 1850 Census, Jackson Co, AL), is a generation too young to be a s/o a2. Elijah Brazier, b. c1726; he's a better age to be a grandson and, for want of better information, I'm going to number him that way. This Elijah Sr had a son, Elijah Jr. A sketch of the life of Elijah Sr was included in the biography of his son, Elijah Jr, in a History of North and West Texas, p. 594:
Elijah Brashear [Sr], was a South Carolina settler and went into Jackson county in early life, was a poor man with a large family and lived off his labor on the farm. He was born in South Carolina and died soon after our subject's birth. His [second] wife was Bettie Stephens...
By his first marriage, Elijah Brashear, Senior, was the father of Betsy, who married Ezekiel Faulkner, died in Alabama; Sarah, died in Alabama as the wife of James Colbert and like her sister left a family; Nancy; Linda, wife of Tom Fears, who died in Alabama leaving a family; Martha, wife of Abe Greenlee, died in Tennessee leaving a family; Velina, died in Tennessee, leaving a family.
Bettie Stephens was his second wife and her children were: William, who died during the war; and Ellis, who also passed away in the Confederate service; Arminda, who died in Alabama; George W.; Rebecka, wife of Joe Fears, died in Illinois, leaving a family; Louisa C., Mrs. A.J. Messers, of Montague County; Elijah, our subject; and Solomon.

Elijah Brazier [Jr] is in the following censuses:
1820 Census, Franklin Co, TN, p.23 (121101-11001)
