Hello Catherine,
Firstly thankyou for replying, we would love a copy of your information, whether it is a GEDCOM file or just a list in plain text will be fine. If you could include as much detail as possible such as fullnames, dates and places of birth marriage or death, relationship to each other etc. it makes it easier for us to match them up to individuals in our database, which is sorted into date of birth order as much as possible.
If you live in Hampshire, you can drop it off in person, if not give me a clue where your emailing from. :-))
Secondly, due to copyright restrictions I cannot put the database online as I originally hoped, however, My father and I can do "look ups" on your behalf, OK.
Thirdly all information will be kept confidential, and it's supplied free of charge, (donations gratefully received though :-)) ) If anything matches positively to our database we'll inform you asap, if we suspect you link to another correspondent we will put the two of you in touch, hopefully you'll tell us if it works out alright.
So far this year we have matched up 6 researchers and their family trees, who knows maybe you'll have the missing link for one of our correspondents.
