Hello Donna,
I don't know how much I can claim to be doing "research" but I continue to try to add to the family tree along both sides of the family and my Brazeal ancestry clearly goes right through Amelia Co., VA. I have pretty good records from me straight back through Richard H Brazeal, born 1803. Somewhere along the line, I must have gotten an indication that his father was possibly John H Brazeal, born abt 1780 but I need to find the documents that led me to list that as a possible connection.
If John H Brazeal is Richard's father, then I would like to do more research to find out more about him and Edith Weldon Mumford, born abt 1783 who I have as his wife. I have a list of Brazeal that could be children but nothing confirming all the relationships.
