William Porter,Jr.of Henrico County ,for 2000 pounds tobacco,to Henry Brazeale of Charles City County,200 acres:being part of a patent to me and Daniel Price for 440 acres on north side of James River,near Chickahominy Swamp
,next to land formerly Lionel Morris's and Gillys Creek.
Wit:George Cox,All.Clerke.Signed William(mark"M")Porter,Jr.
Rec.1 August 1697.
Margaret,wife of William,relinquished her dower right.
