Since my post in Jan I have found Wm N Brazeal age 10 in the 1860 AR census listed as son of Joel H BRAZEAL b AL and Jane E b AL. Wm's siblings are Mary E age 9 b AL and Lavina age 3 b AR. I also found land patent records for Joel H in Grant Co AR where my Wm N Breazeal lived & died.
The spelling, Brazeal, changed sometime after 1860 to Breazeal as inscribed on the tombstones of Wm N, and his son Wm Henry.
Does anyone have more info about Joel H Brazeal & Jane E? Parents? Siblings? Etc.
