My grandfather, Forrest Brayton was adopted. His real father's was Anton Stark who lived in Illinois. Forrest married Mable Johnson in Oklahoma in about 1920. From that marriage was Evelyn Brayton, Alma Brayton and Billie Huch Brayton, my father. My father's mother became ill when he was about two and he was raised by Mable Brayton Berwick and Charles Berwick. Billie had four children, Edward Brayton, Joan Berniece Brayton, Ray Brayton and Janice Brayton all raised in Missoula Montana. I am searching for more information about the descendents of the Braytons who adopted Forrest Brayton.
