Bratt Family Genealogy Forum

Ida,
This is the second posting I sent. I believe the first got lost. I have seen a "Nathan" Bratt listed in a census in the late 1800's with my great-great granfather Bernadus Bratt's family in Berrien Co. MI. I at first thought that "Nathan" might have been my great-great-great grandfather. I obtained a book on the Bradt family written by Cynthia Brott Biasca. I shows that a Nathaniel Bradt was Bernardus' brother. The family has a website at zd.net.com/bradtfamily/society/. The family has a historian that has been of great help to me. I have also run across many Bratt's that show lineage from southern Ohio through the Great Lakes. These Bratt's are not in my ancestral line. I have seen some in census records in Michigan during the 1800's.
