i have now come across his birth certificate and a legal name change as well... he was born Dinty Moore Bratcher on 25th jan 1930 in alva ok. wavey brather (father)22 b 1907 in mcquady KY married a velma Templeton b 1912 or 1913 and she was 17 when child born this was their only child born in kiowa kansas she died when grandfater was an infant or tddler between 31-33. wavey bratcher raised him untill the age of 7 when his fater joind the military. at this time he gave custody to his sister of lucille (bratcher) m herb or herbert scott and they rised him. At the age of 14 his grandmother jessie Scott did an amendment of bierth certificate on 28 of october 1942. was done in major county in longdale, ok
