The "Mr. Branstetter" in question is Neil V. Branstetter, the only child of William J. Branstetter and Molly McNealy, of Pittsburgh, Kansas. Willism J. was born in Kentucky and was one of twelve brothers. Neil V. was born on November 19, 1901, and passed away on March 17, 1972. I am Margaret Hogan(nee Branstetter), his only daughter. Iam using my husband's website to write this. Neil V. was a music instructor and became supervisor of music for the entire Canal Zone. He spend nearly his entire career in Panama, retiring in 1964, and resided in Prince George's County, Maryland until his death.
