Sherry, this is what I have:
John (not Jacob) Bransford married Judith Amonett or Ammonet in 1765. He was b 1728 in London. His first wife was Sarah Easter. Judith was born either in Powhatan or Henrico Co., date possibly 9/20/1730. I do not have Judith's death date. John d in 1809 in Buckingham Co. John and Judith had 10 children. This info. is from several sources, none of which is public record. Sources are "Memoirs of Buckingham Co." by Jenkins; a letter dated March 17, 1900 from C. W. Bransford, Owensboro KY, to Mrs. Francis B. Fogg, Nashville; and "Bransford Family History", by John Shiver. All of these records are located in the VA State Library. There are probably others.

Capt. Jacob, 5th son, was b 7/15/1776 in King William Parish, Chesterfield Co, d 11/4/1832 in Cumberland Co. Jacob m Elizabeth (1st of 2 wives) date unknown. They had 9 children. Same references, plus "Cumberland County VA and Its People."

Susannah Hatcher Bransford b 9/7/1804, d 2/28/1863, m William Thomas Ballou 11/25/1824 in Chesterfield Co. William b 11/28/1800 Halifax Co.? d 11/2/1877. Susannah is listed in father Jacob's will in Cumberland Co. will book 9, page 231.

I did not have any marriage info from Campbell Co. What do you have?

Hope this helps.
