I have a William Branscomb who md. Garnet May Buckley in Jackson Co., OH 12-16-1931. Not sure who his parents were, but Garnet's were Charles Frank Buckley and Della Edna Garrett Buckley Tolbert. Garnet & William lived in Columbus, OH when her mother d. in 1942. Garnet had a sister Cynthia Buckley who md. Charles Newman, then Vinton L. Slavens.
