Hi John, A Zachariah Branscomb Hargrove was born ca. Aug. 22, 1800 in Montgomery Co. GA, son of Reuben Hargrove formerly of Duplin Co. NC and Mildred Wise Page of Edgefield, SC. He was one of the 4 founders of Rome, GA. This is from the "Hargrove Family Study" by Dorothy Beebe and Johnny Hargrove and other sources. If this ties in with your South Carolinians, would you please let me know?
