I am looking for a relative who emmigrated to America in 1916 approx. and initialy lived in Chicago and woeked for the US Post Office. we think he was born in 1895 approx in Bentham, Yorkshire

His name was William Brannigan and we think think his wifes name was Esther. He had a son called william and two daughters named Esther and Winnifred. Last contact was from Florida.

William the younger was in the US army and stationed in Bristol before D-Day (Normandy Landings)

William the elder was my Grand-mothers younger brother
Any information would be most welcome
