Brannen history/Statesboro Library

In THE HISTORY OF METTER AND CANDLER COUNTY, GA there is an article about William Lawton Brannen. It talks about his genealogy research back to the signing of the Magna Carta, the Frence Huguenots, etc. Brannen gave money for the Brannen Room for Local History and Geneolgy at Statesboro, Ga Regional Library. William Lawton was the son of James Gross Lawton b. 8/11/1855 and Ursula Rogers Brannen. From the info I have James Gross was the great grandson of William Brannen, Sr. b. 1750 -1752?in Screven Co. GA. Has anyone seen William Lawton's research. Is it in that Library? Does anyone have the line? or does anyone live close enough to go see?
