My family has tracked our immediate family as far back to John Corbin Brann, who died fighting for the Confederacy in Virginia in 1862. There are many Branns where my parents and brother live in the Northern Neck of VA, the peninsula that resides between the Rappahannock and Potomac Rivers, with the Chesapeake Bay on it's East side. If anyone has any info, please contact me.
My father's name is Ralph Risden Brann, my grandfather Willard Taylor Brann, and his father William Taylor Brann. John Corbin Brann preceded William.
