I'm searching for early information about my grandfather, James William Brann. His second wife, Elizabeth Marzhan, was my grandmother. They had two children James Jr and Myrtle. I'd like to know about his first wife and child(ren). Family lore says they died in an epidemic. He was born in Pennsylvania, served in the Spanish American War and worked for and retired from the Pennsylvania Railroad. He died in Florida in the 1960's. Census records indict his parents came from Ireland. I'm also looking for information regarding the family's immigration from Ireland. Any information will be appreciated. I'll also be glad to share any info I have with you.
