Judah (Judith) Fanning & Irvine Brandon & Micajah Sneed

I have documentation for everything I talk about below EXCEPT Irvine Brandon's Will which was probated April 25, 1791. Does anybody on this message board have a copy of or a transcription of that Will they'd share with me?

Judah Fanning is the widow of Irvin Brandon. He left a will in 1791 naming wife Judah mother Elizabeth and daughter Nancy. His wife was pregnant. Judah Fanning married Irvin Brandon on Jan. 28, 1788. This from a book of Halifax marriages.

The widow Judah/Judith Brandon married Micajah Sneed in 1792 (also documented in Caswell Co. NC Marriage records).

The child Judah delivered after Irvine died in 1791 was named Irvine Brandon also. So... Irvine Sr. married Judah Fanning in 1788, they had two children: Nancy and Irvine. Although MANY trees show them as having 5 or 6 children in that short 3-year marriage. Irvine Sr. dies. His Will is probated on April 25, 1791 - Judah marries again in 1792. Then in October 26,1795, Irvine Sr.'s brother, David, files a court action for guardianship of Nancy and Irvine, Jr. and gets it! Thomas Brandon and John Irvine put up a Security Bond of $3,000! Then in Nov., 1795, Judah and Micajah deed back her Dower Allotment from Irvine Sr.'s estate. And it seems her children are no longer in her life!!

There seems to be no further knowledge of this Nancy and Irvine. Is this the Irvine Brandon that married Mary Lawson and moved to Kentucky? What happened to Nancy? I found a Nancy Winston but she's too young to be Nancy Brandon. They must have had some kind of contact with Judith and Micajah Snead/Sneed after the court action because one of their sons named his son Irvine Branum Sneed...too much of a coincidence not to be intentional.

Any input will be appreciated. Thanks. Pat
