I've put both wives in. Mary Lightcap married Zachariah Brandon 03 Sep 1842, according to a transcript of "Darke County Early Marriages" Book 3. Married by Elijah Williamson, MG, Christian Church.
The censuses have no other Zachariah (or variant) Brandons in the whole of the U.S.
Together with the gap between son William b. 1843 and second child Elizabeth b.1848, it seems to me that Mary Studebaker married the widower.
A search of the church records might shed light on this.
