My great-great Grandmother Mary Brandon (daughter of Thomas Brandon and Peggy Jamieson), married to a cousin John Peacock Brandon was the sister of your Matthew Brandon, born abt 1800. He married Elizabeth (Bessie) Creighton in 1832. Their son Matthew Creighton Brandon married Jenny Giles 22 May 1872. Their son Bertram Bismark Alexander Brandon was born in Toronto 26 Jul 1888. That is the only Bertram Brandon I have and my information on his line stops there. I do have more information on Matthew's family. If you are interested email me.
