Hi! I am looking for information on SAMUEL ALEXANDER BRAND born in Northern Kentucky 20 February 1857 and died in Sweetwater, Nolen County, TX in 1941. He was married to MARY ELIZABETH STOVALL about 1879. She died in c.1885-1890 in Pike County, Alabama giving birth to twins, who also died. Their daughter, GLADYS MAGNOLIA was born in Georgia 20 April 1880 and was married at age 15 to RICHARD BUSTER BANKS in Titus County, Texas. So by 1895, Samuel was in Texas. I have lots of information on his wife,Mary Elizabeth, going back many generations, however, none on Samuel. I assume he married again, and probably had other children since he died and was buried in Nolen County, TX. He was my husband's great-grandfather. Thank you so much for any help and information you can share.
