"Charley" or "Carl" or "Charles" Brand

We are looking for a man by the name of Charley, Carl or Charles Brand. He was born in Wisconsin in 1892. He went by John. So it is possible John was his middle name. He was killed in a car wreck during World War One. Thanks for the help.
