I am looking for information on Jakob Brand and Julianne (Bierwagen) Brand who were born in Tarutino and/or Leipzig, Bessarabia, South Russia - Julianne born 1-29-1862 and Jakob born about 1860. They had two children: Marie, born 8-1-1884, died 8-9-1884, Leipzig, Bessarabia, and August born 9-4-1885. Jakob and Julianne may have been married in Eccles, Lancashire, England, on 10-23-1883. They died in Argentina - dates unknown.
Julianne's parents were Wilhelm Bierwagen and Karolina (Mantei) Bierwagen.
I am trying to find out when they went to Argentina. How did it come about that they went to Argentina because the rest of the Bierwagen family went to North America, settling in Grant County, North Dakota.
