Yes I think we are related. I have been searching for this side of my family for years with not much luck. As a matter of fact you are the first person to respond that has a connection. My great grandmother was Sarah Elizabeth Brand and according to her obituary her parents where J.E. Brand and Sarah Doster with one brother, David, still living and in Meridian MS. The siblings you list are the same nicknames I have. I got them from my grandmother's brother and at this point have to believe they are accurate.
I am still trying to figure out how Hezekiah translates to J.E. but everything else fits.
I wish I had more info for you but I am just glad I now have someone to share info with.
One other item of interest. It seems that Sarah Doster was at least part Native American which may be the reason we have had a difficult time finding her. The only clue I have is my grandmother talking about being Black Dutch. My uncle and aunt said Sarah was Creek but that is all they know.
