I have an Antonino Brancato b.1895 in Serradifalco, Sicily. He and his brother, Giuseppe, b. 1904, arrived in the US in 1921 and settled in Spangler/Barnesboro, Cambria Co., Pennsylvania, probably to work in the coal mines.
The passenger list also mentions a Vito Brancato. I do not have any information as to their parents. Brancato is a common name in Sicily, but perhaps they're related to your Calogero?
Also have Antonino's wife and children:
Concetta (Insalaca) Brancato b. 1897 Serradifalco
Rose Brancato b. abt. 1916 Serradifalco
Sebastiana Brancato b. 1918 Serradifalco
Laura Brancato b. abt. 1923 Cambria Co., PA
Marie Brancato b. 1924 Cambria Co., PA
Angeline Brancato b. 1925 Cambria Co., PA
Katherine Brancato b. 1927 Cambria Co., PA
Jennie Brancato b. 1928 Cambria Co., PA
Peter Brancato b. 1931 Cambria Co., PA
