My paternal grandfather was Joseph Bramlett, who married Margaret Beeks of Pelzer, SC. I believe my father was born in Greensboro, NC, but our extended family lived in Greenville. There's probably a connection in there. My grandfather would have been born around 1910, I believe. He died before I was born so I have little information about him. Hope this helps.
