I took another look at the document and it is Ruth.

The R looks like a B, then the T is crossed into the H making it look like another T followed by an s.

But look at it again ..... its Ruth for sure. It has to be my mother.

Ruth Catherine Bramblett.

Ida Louise is the first name.
