Marcia, I mentioned Pardon P. because I also thought that it was an unusual name. As previously stated, he is a son of William Braman and Rebecca Delamater. He went to Schoharie County, as a young boy, with his parents and siblings. They came from Washington County, RI. He married Nancy Vrooman. He died on April 5, 1875.His siblings were Catherine, John W.,Polly,Betsy,Rebecca,Benjamin, Minerva and my William Jr., born September 1, 1794. Does this data give you any clues?
